Order Processing & Payment
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Full payment is required at checkout, as we do not offer payment plans at this time. In the event that an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you with alternative options or provide a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery takes 5-10 business days, depending on location and potential carrier delays. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility. If any issues arise, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Return & Refund Policy - Customized Items (Book Bundles x Customized Bookish Accessories)
Due to the customized nature of our products, all customized items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless:
• The item arrives damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
• The wrong item was received due to our error.
For damaged or incorrect orders, please email support@boundbejeweled.com with your order number and photos of the item.
However, please note that damages incurred during shipping or lost packages are beyond our control. In such cases, a claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refund Policy - New & Gently Loved Books

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for books in their original condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us at [support@boundxbejeweled.com] within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Books that are not in their original condition, sale items, and digital/downloadable content are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be credited to the original payment method.
