• Machine wash cold with similar colors
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach or fabric softeners

DRYING:

• Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results
• Do not wring or twist the garment

IRONING:

• If needed, iron inside out on low heat
• Do not iron directly on the design

OTHER TIPS:

• Do not dry clean
• Avoid prolonged soaking
• Wash after wearing to reduce sweat and odor build-up
